Payment Information: Billing address, transaction IDs, and plan details. Payment card information is processed directly by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) and is never stored on our servers.
User Content: Videos, images, audio files, and logos that you upload for processing.

User content is stored in isolated tenant environments with strict access controls. No cross-tenant data access is possible.
API keys are stored as hashed values.
We implement industry-standard security measures including firewalls, intrusion detection, regular security audits, and automated backups.
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

While we strive to protect your Personal Data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your country of residence. When we transfer data outside the EEA, we ensure adequate protections through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your Personal Data within 30 days.
User Content (videos, images, audio): You may delete your content at any time. Deleted content is permanently removed within 14 days.
Processing Logs: Retained for 90 days for debugging and support purposes.
Billing Records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting laws.
Affiliate Data: Commission and referral records are retained for the lifetime of the affiliate relationship plus 3 years.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or social media platforms that are not operated by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. 12. Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. Our AI features (subtitle generation, content analysis) process content you submit, not personal characteristics.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and by email notification at least 14 days before significant changes take effect.
